Alfredo Di Stéfano was an Argentine-born Spanish footballer and coach. Widely regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time, he had a legendary career with Real Madrid, where he played from 1953 to 1964. Di Stéfano was known for his versatility, technical skill, and leadership on the field. He scored over 300 goals for Real Madrid and helped the team win numerous titles, including five consecutive European Cups (now the UEFA Champions League). He also played for the Argentine, Colombian, and Spanish national teams, although he is most closely associated with Spain. After retiring as a player, he had a successful career as a coach with various clubs.
